To order wholesale a customer must provide us with the number of their state sales tax license to prove business status and order six or more items. These may be assorted. Click on the link below to open a secure form to apply for wholesale status. You will be notified of your acceptance through email or phone so make sure each field is correct and accurate. Once you have been accepted we will sell you the items at a 50% discount.
